Return Process

Log in to your Sennheiser account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.
- 2.Pack Your Product
Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, ear tips, and manuals, ensuring the box is securely sealed for transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Centre
Affix the provided RMA shipping label to your package and drop it off at any Australia Post location or scheduled courier pick-up point.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the product's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
